September 2026 marked an important milestone for Digitli as we participated for the first time as an exhibitor at the 28th ITCN Asia, held at Expo Centre Karachi.
Over three days, we showcased our software products, connected with businesses from various industries, and gained valuable insights into their technology needs.
Our co-founders, Imad Arif and Saad, along with the Digitli team, represented the company at the exhibition, introducing our solutions and discussing potential collaborations with visitors.

A key highlight of our participation was presenting three of our products, each designed to address different business challenges.
Convitor – AI-Powered Customer Communication
Convitor is our AI-powered customer engagement platform that helps businesses manage conversations through WhatsApp and website chat.
Visitors explored how AI-driven responses, automated customer support, product inquiries, and order management can improve customer interactions while reducing manual effort.
OrderBooker – Field Sales & Order Management
OrderBooker is designed for manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and businesses managing field sales teams.
With a centralized dashboard and mobile application, it simplifies customer management, order booking, salesperson activities, payment collections, and daily sales operations.
We received encouraging interest from businesses looking to digitize their sales workflows.
Tea Blend Pro – Specialized Business Software
We also presented Tea Blend Pro, an industry-specific software solution that reflects our experience in developing applications for specialized operational requirements.
Together, these products demonstrated Digitli's focus on building practical, scalable technology for real business needs.

The exhibition brought together professionals from manufacturing, retail, distribution, technology, courier and logistics, brokerage, and travel and tourism sectors.
We engaged with both B2B and B2C businesses, discussing challenges ranging from manual operations and customer communication to sales management and digital transformation.

ITCN Asia generated promising leads for OrderBooker and Convitor, particularly from businesses interested in improving their sales processes and automating customer engagement.
